Fundraising Retainer Services
Retainer Fee: STARTUP may request “Fundraising Retainer Services” to enhance its fundraising capabilities, and STARTUP is required to pay a monthly retainer fee of USD 3,000 to STARTHUB, Retainer fees are charged monthly, with a minimum term of three (3) months.
“Fundraising Retainer Service” benefits:
− Expertise and experience in providing one-on-one consulting guidance
− Provide guidance and ongoing support in developing and refining fundraising strategies.
− Cost efficiencies achieved without hiring full-time resources.
− Allow STARTUP to budget for fundraising consulting services within the target time period.
− Expertise gained without negotiating per-consulting fees for the duration of the engagement.
− Support a deeper understanding of STARTUP’s mission, values and fundraising goals.
Fundraising Retainer Services” scope:
o A dedicated advisor will be assigned to the startup.
o Thoroughly evaluate the startup’s funding needs and strategy.
o Analyze potential investors and funding sources relevant to the startup’s industry.
o Develop funding strategy, assist with pitch deck setup and financial modeling.
o Assist in improving company valuation based on the STARTUPS progress.
o Arrange and facilitate potential investor meetings.
o Pitch coaching, regular meetings and funding progress checks.
o Track funding status as a historical performance record.
