A proficiency in AI and QR codes technology would be beneficial, as these form the backbone of our platform. Necessary attributes include strategic thinking, quick decision-making, and the ability to grasp and navigate the complexities of global agricultural trade. Experience in a startup environment would be a bonus, but not mandatory.
