Boutique reputation advisory firm The Brand Imprint has launched in Singapore, aiming to help organisations navigate reputation risks in the digital and AI era.
Founded by communications veteran Sharon Koh, the firm will offer advisory services across five areas: online and social media crisis response, reputation risk strategy for the digital and AI environment, executive and personal reputation management, AI reputation monitoring and advisory, and staff training on digital reputation risk.
According to the firm, all engagements will be conducted with strict confidentiality.

The Brand Imprint will also roll out online courses for organisations and leadership teams on crisis communications and digital reputation management. Details on the courses will be announced in the coming months.
The launch comes after Koh stepped away from her agency role in early 2025 to focus on her wellbeing and reflect on the next phase of her career.
Koh brings more than two decades of experience in communications and marketing across both in-house and agency roles. Her career includes senior positions at Procter & Gamble, Trend Micro and Scoot, where she served as head of marketing. She also spent a decade at APRW, where she was director and later managing director of Digital Studios by APRW, the agency’s digital arm.
Over the course of her career, Koh has advised leadership teams on social media strategy during periods of intense scrutiny, managed reputation crises, and supported organisations navigating high-stakes public moments. The Brand Imprint will serve clients in Singapore, as well as regional and international markets.
“Reputation is no longer shaped only by what organisations say about themselves. It is shaped by how the entire information ecosystem, including AI, interprets them. The Brand Imprint exists to help leaders navigate that environment with clarity, credibility, and confidence,” Koh said.
The Brand Imprint launch comes as Singapore’s communications and advisory landscape sees renewed activity. In September last year, Roots Consultancy opened its doors as a boutique communications advisory focused on health, corporate affairs and reputation strategy. Founded by Priyanka Bajpai, the firm aims to help organisations, innovators and leaders align communications with business growth and impact.
Around the same time, LaunchLink Communications set up its Singapore office as part of its Asia Pacific expansion. The office acts as a regional hub for local and international clients, offering services from strategic communications and executive positioning to crisis management, media training, product launches and cross-border campaigns.
Meanwhile, in June last year, ACID joined the scene as a consultancy for early-stage startups in emerging industries. The firm focuses on helping small teams craft authentic narratives, connect with stakeholders, and navigate high-stakes moments including fundraising, regulatory approvals, M&A, expansion, and market entry.
