IP104 IP Management and Protection in Overseas Markets

This course aims to introduce the regulations, enforcement actions, protection mechanisms and management strategies of Patent and Trademark rights in the key overseas markets, allowing participants to fully grasp the fundamental knowledge of the IP management and protection strategies in overseas markets. The medium of instruction will be Cantonese and English. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the respective training course.
