However, Salesforce isn’t the only CRM provider that is taking steps to enhance natural language-driven SQL analytics. Other providers are also making focused investments in this direction: Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Fabric Copilot, Oracle CX with Select AI, SAP Customer Experience with Joule, HubSpot’s ChatSpot, and Zoho CRM’s Zia AI.
