Global marketing agency TEAM LEWIS has appointed Fairil Yeo as executive vice president, AI and growth, in a newly created global role.
Based in Singapore, Yeo will be part of the agency’s global strategy to accelerate growth through the application of artificial intelligence, innovation and modern marketing capabilities.
In his new role, Yeo will work closely with leaders and specialists across TEAM LEWIS’ global business to expand AI-enabled services and solutions, strengthen strategic partnerships and help clients unlock business value through the convergence of technology, creativity, data and communications.

His remit will centre on three key priorities: accelerating AI-enabled revenue growth across the agency, helping clients navigate and capitalise on opportunities created by AI, and scaling AI adoption, capability development and innovation across TEAM LEWIS globally.
The appointment marks a return to TEAM LEWIS for Yeo, who previously spent seven years with the agency between 2016 and 2023. During that time, he held several leadership roles, including senior vice president, APAC.
Most recently, Yeo held roles at Accenture Song and Mastercard. He brings more than two decades of experience across consulting, marketing transformation, digital acceleration, customer engagement and growth strategy.
Having worked with organisations across Asia Pacific, Yeo has experience modernising capabilities to unlock growth and deliver commercial outcomes through technology, data and innovation.
Commenting on his appointment, Yeo said AI is creating one of the most significant shifts the industry has seen in decades: “The opportunity isn’t simply in the adoption of new technology, but to fundamentally rethink how we create value for clients, empower our people and drive growth.”
“At TEAM LEWIS, we see AI not as a feature, but as a fundamental operating advantage. AI should not sit on the sidelines as a specialist capability. It should be embedded into how we think, create, collaborate and grow,” said Yeo.
Yeo added that he is looking forward to working with the agency’s leaders and specialists globally to help clients unlock new opportunities and shape the future of growth through “the combination of human imagination and machine intelligence”.
In tandem, Yvonne van Bokhoven, chief operating officer at TEAM LEWIS, said the agency is delighted to welcome Yeo back in the new global role. “His track record in client leadership, combined with deep experience across consulting and innovation, makes him uniquely positioned to help accelerate our AI ambitions worldwide,” said Bokhoven.
“AI is reshaping how brands compete. Yeo will play a crucial role in scaling our AI-enabled services offering to deliver measurable value for our clients,” she added.
The appointment builds on TEAM LEWIS’ broader AI ambitions I.n February this year, the agency launched “Marketing SideKick”, its proprietary AI-powered marketing intelligence platform developed in-house for marketing and communications teams. The platform connects data from PR, web, CRM and paid media to turn fragmented information into practical recommendations, with built-in governance for security and compliance.
Available tools include “Coach”, a presentation training tool, and “Ping”, an always-on media monitoring and narrative intelligence tool. The rollout underscores TEAM LEWIS’ push to scale AI-enabled services and capabilities globally.
